The Pattern of Longevity: (un)healthy lifestyle throughout European countries is focused on principles of healthy lifestyle, i. e. balanced diet, regular exercise and prevention and relaxation. All three partners, from Italy, the Czech Republic and Poland explored and studied these principles to raise awareness and enhance the view of the young people and motivate them for changes. We studied what Mediterranean diet is and why it is so beneficial, what are the benefits of exercise and how to learn to relax. However, we also visited local food producers, like mozzarella farm or organic chocolate manufacture. We also had a workout in a gym or yoga session and we visited some cultural landmarks like Palatine Chapel in Palermo, beautiful town of Toruň or the Bouzov Castle. We found out that sweet drinks should only be drunk as a treat and that exercise is good not only for being fit and attractive.
